For a number of years I’ve enjoyed sketching from life, particularly at gigs, even more specifically at jazz gigs. I would do this from time to time and share them on my instagram. And a lot of musicians and music fans really enjoyed them, in addition artists and event organisers began requesting and paying me to draw their music events. It’s a job I thoroughly enjoy and a great way to capture the music in a way that photography can’t always do.
